ShelterPoint members are already loving our Claim Portal  for their Paid Family Leave (PFL) and statutory short-term Disability claims, and now we’ve made it even easier with our innovative, proprietary mobile app!

The Claim Portal mobile app is as full featured as our online Claim Portal  – and then some.  If you are on-the-go with your new little one or recovering from an injury, this app can help avoid delays and expedite claims –which, ultimately, may help you receive your benefit payments faster.

So what’s new with the app?

  • The mobile app’s Push Notifications provide reminders to submit forms, provide return-to-work information, etc.
  • Quickly snap a picture of your form and upload it right from your phone

If you have already registered on the Claim Portal, just use the same login for the app
